REFUND POLICY
Customers are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:- The received product is defective or significantly not as described.
- The event or service purchased has been canceled by the organizer.
- Claims for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After verification of the claim, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
DELIVERY POLICY
We only deliver products within the state of Georgia. Our delivery timeline is as follows:- Standard shipping: Products will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Expedited shipping: Available upon request and products will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Digital products and services, such as event tickets, are delivered electronically via email immediately after the purchase is confirmed.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team to receive a return authorization and instructions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be canceled under the following terms:- Reservations for events or services can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
