Corey Shackleford,
Sr. is a member of Foundation Lodge No. 592 in Smyrna, GA. Where he served as the chartering Worshipful Master upon the lodge inception from 2003 - 2004. During his tenure he approached the Craft with a unique leadership style of excluding the "I, Me, and My" mentality to a all inclusive "We, Us, and Our" philosophy. With this approach and leadership style led to an impressive administration and building a
personal Masonic relationship with lodges within and outside of District No. 3 and
bordering jurisdiction. It's noteworthy that Bro. Shackleford has served this jurisdiction
in several capacities to include in the following:
Bro. Shackleford enjoys implementing innovative ideas, encouraging, and motivating others to move to the next level. He is an advocate of progressive change, community service, and active in seeking ways to assist those who are less fortunate.
He became a member of the Craft in August of 1990 while serving in the Armed Forces (Army) in Western Europe, and raised in Thurgood Marshall Military Lodge No. 131-Jurisdiction of Oklahoma (formerly Regensburg Military Lodge
No. 131). Prior to leaving Western Europe he was advanced to a Sublime Prince of the Royal Secret
(John L. Grant Consistory No. 364), created a Noble (Thebes Temple No. 208), consecrated a Royal Arch Mason
(W.W. Williams Chapter HRAM No. 53), and obligated a member of the Order of Eastern Stars
(Mary McCleod-Bethune Cookman Chapter No. 131). He is currently a member of the following organizations and accomplishments:
